Fixed Term for duration of apprenticeship - 37.5 hours per week - Typical working days and hours - Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 - If flexibility is important to you, please discuss potential opportunities with our hiring team. Whether it's through social media, press releases, internal newsletters, or public relations campaigns, communicators play a vital role in shaping how a company is perceived both internally and externally. During your apprenticeship you will develop in this field working as part of a communications team using your creative thinking to manage the flow of information, build relationships, and enhance the reputation of our business.   • Learn and Earn: Work towards your Level 4 Public Relations and Communications Assistant qualification. You'll gain practical experience while studying, all on the job!
  • Support All Things Communication: Help our team with everything from internal newsletters to external press releases, strengthening our business and reputation.
  • Get Organised: Manage our central outlook mailbox and take on a variety of admin tasks that keep our communications running smoothly.
  • Be the Go-To Person: Act as a key contact for internal teams and external partners, like design agencies and suppliers.
  • Social Media Guru: Manage our social media channels, suggest content ideas, and find new platforms to engage our audience.
  • Website and Intranet Updates: Keep our corporate website and internal intranet (The Thread) fresh and up to date.
  • Build Connections: Develop relationships with various teams within AB Agri and our external partners., For this role we are looking for someone who can work from our Peterborough office and study remotely for the duration of the apprenticeship. Interview process The role will close for applications on Tuesday 13th August and we are looking to hold interviews for this role on Thursday 22nd August.
