Full Job Description

  • Delivering an exceptional workplace experience
  • Ensuring all spaces are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for employees and visitors.
  • Customer-facing operations Being the first point of contact for employees and ensuring all needs are met.
  • Facilities and maintenance support -assisting with building upkeep, cleanliness, and minor maintenance tasks.
  • Using technology effectively utilising basic software such as email, Zoom, Excel, and Word.
  • Transporting employees driving employees between Knutsford train station and our workplace using our company minibus (automatic Mercedes Vito).
  • Stock control and rotation ensuring all workplace supplies are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Supporting workplace events assisting in the organization and execution of events such as employee parties, theme days, and recruitment events.
  • Workplace safety and compliance Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, onboarding new starters, fire safety, first aid, and COSHH compliance.

    • ESSENTIAL
  • 5+ years of experience in workplace or hotel operations or a customer-facing operational delivery role.
  • High cleaning standards with a strong attention to detail.
  • Full driving license for 2+ years, comfortable driving an automatic people carrier.
  • Experience using technology to a good level, including email, Zoom, Excel, and Word.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and working shifts as needed.
