Liaising with Primary Health Care Team and other agencies.

Vale of Taf District Nursing Team are looking for a motivated Band 5 nurse to cover a Secondment. The area is quite rural so you would have to have good time management skills, be organised, enjoy working as part of a Team and as an autonomous practitioner. Training will be offered as part of the post.

You must have the ability to travel between rural sites in a timely mannerwhere there is limited or no public transport.

Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
