Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hearing Impairment team in Powys as a Community Support Officer from early May 2025.
We have two full time positions available, one based in Brecon covering the Brecknock and Ystradgynlais area; and one based in Llandrindod Wells, covering Radnorshire.
What you will do:
We are a small, dedicated team, providing a specialist service to people in Powys who are D/deaf or living with hearing loss. This is a very rewarding role, providing preventative and early intervention services, and keeping people independent and connected to family and their community.
You will receive a comprehensive induction to the role when you start with the team, and ongoing support for your training and development needs
This position has a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Check
