What you will do will be varied day to day, but the key drivers for the role are:

• Work across asset classes to contribute to the development of the platform to further increase our engagement with clients in EMEA and globally.
• Providing innovative equity and multi-asset trade ideas to sales and assisting them in delivering solutions to different channels including insurance, asset managers, broker-dealers, private banks, etc.
• Executing trades in close cooperation with the relevant trading desks and extending our platform capabilities and scalability.
• You will be providing support on bespoke client projects as well as the BAU activity to ensure clients globally are serviced to the levels expected by Citi.

This assessment will be carried out through extensive interviews, self-disclosures, permitted criminal record checks, regulated reference checks, credit checks and other background screening checks.


• The successful candidate will have experience with SPVs and other wrapping solutions, as well as a background in pricing and executing complex structures.
• You will be comfortable with all elements required to execute trades including legal documentation, tax and accounting treatments, and pricing and capital considerations.
• You should have experience of working closely with other teams across the bank including trading, sales and the various teams which help support the product offering.
• You will be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, whilst also being commercially minded.
• An understanding of how to assess the risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions, demonstrating proper consideration for the firm's reputation, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
