Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team in Alton. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Quality Assurance and Accreditations processes. This position is ideal for a highly organised professional with strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. The role is based at our Alton, Hampshire office, requiring in-person attendance 1-2 days per week. We offer flexible working hours, which can be distributed across multiple days or consolidated into single blocks to suit your schedule. The role will involve:

  • Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.
  • Organising and maintaining digital and physical files related to quality assurance and accreditations.
  • Assisting in preparing and distributing reports, policies, and procedural updates.
  • Liaising with accreditation bodies and internal teams to gather necessary information.
  • Preparing and formatting documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.

    We are currently recruiting for a part-time, dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team in Alton, Hampshire., Proven administrative experience, preferably in a quality assurance or accreditation-focused role.
  • Previous experience working towards ISO standards, in particular ISO9001 and ISO27001
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
