Full Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer focussed Compliance Coordinator to join our Repairs and Investment Team. Reporting to the Compliance Manager you will play a critical administration role in ensuring property compliance within the council's housing stock. The successful candidate will be expected to work quickly and accurately in the administration of data collection and inputting of compliance records, placing works orders, liaising with contractors, arranging and attending progress meetings and processing valuations and invoices.

The role requires the candidates to demonstrate substantial experience and knowledge of databases or CRM systems, Microsoft applications such as word and excel. Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
