Full Job Description

As the Construction Administrator you'll provide full administrative services to the Construction Manager and Construction Project Managers ensuring that all Company procedures are adhered to, implemented accurately and in a timely manner, thus enabling the smooth & efficient operation of the team. You'll also be responsible for;

  • Supporting with the provision of reporting & analysis on activity / contract performance as required
  • Preparation & submission of planning applications, maps, utilities clearances, power applications and all relevant permits in an efficient and timely manner, coordinating with other departments where needed
  • Liaise with external contractors obtaining quotes, dealing with queries and coordinating activities & responses with other internal and external customers
  • Ad hoc local, regional or national projects as and when required by the Construction Manager
  • Provide a full administrative function to the Construction department including general administrative duties such as meeting organisation, filing, typing and photocopying as well as travel and hotel booking.
