Construction Planner

As a Construction Planner, you will be responsible for managing the planning and scheduling of major high-rise development projects. Your expertise in creating accurate timelines and coordinating resources will be vital in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.,

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules for high-rise projects
• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Identify and manage potential risks to project timelines and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Advise on resource allocation, sequencing, and efficient construction methods
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and project specifications
  
  Proven experience as a Construction Planner, with a focus on high-rise or large-scale development projects
• Strong proficiency in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and critical path management
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project risks
• A relevant degree or qualification in Construction Management, Planning, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
