Full Job Description

Strategic Partnership Management Maintain and foster a robust strategic partnership with Google Cloud Partner teams across EMEA working with Partner Development Manager and Partner Sales Manager teams. Ensure alignment between HCLTech objectives and Google Cloud's strategic initiatives as defined in our Joint Business Plan. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Google Cloud ecosystem, with a particular focus on Gen AI and Agentic. Funding Develop detailed understanding of Google Cloud funding programs and where to apply these. Enable teams across HCLTech to maximise impact and create additional opportunities and revenue. Maximise funding opportunities across customer, marketing and GTM. Report on usage and effectiveness.Collaboration and Coordination Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, pre-sales, CoE to leverage Google Cloud technologies effectively. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute joint marketing campaigns and co-branded events,
focusing on alignment and co-ordination with Google Cloud marketing calendar Lead local and regional events that highlight and amplify the value of the partnership to HCLTech, to Google Cloud and ultimately to our clients. Performance Tracking and Reporting Monitor and measure the success of our JBP Business Plan focusing on the jointly defined KPIs from both an achievement and reporting perspective. Manage Google view of pipeline including Deal Reg and Partner Advantage view. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on the status and impact of the Google Cloud partnership. (1.) To facilitate the readiness and availability of GTM propositions, offering maps, coordinating with different teams including marketing, to align with the specific needs of business units. (2.) To oversee the creation and formalization of case studies, ensuring they are suitably developed into GTM collateral to effectively illustrate success stories and testimonials. (3.) To gather insights on
prevailing industry developments and analyze competitor strategies and specific account details to inform business decisions. (4.) To collaborate with Sales team (Hunting & Farming) on key focus areas & customer profiles. (5.) To implement improvements based on the evaluation to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of collateral, ensuring it meets market demands and supports business growth.
