The North Bolton CMHT caseload is approximately 800 - 900 patients, shared between two Adult Community Psychiatrists. The post-holder can expect their caseload to be approximately:

  • 350 - 400 patients under Care Programme Approach (CPA) with a care co-ordinator
  • 50 - 80 patients on non-CPA outpatient only
  • 10 - 15 patients who are subject to a Community Treatment Order

The outpatient clinics (based at Bentley House CMHT in Wigan) are expected to receive a referral rate of 12 new patients per month from the catchment population.
