- You be an experienced manager with proven skills in coaching and mentoring a team enabling them to meet and exceed targets whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
- You have retail / commercial management experience in a telesales environment.
- You enjoy advising and convincing customers.
- You can work in a team and fully contribute to its success.
- You are reliable, honest, and committed.
- You have a strong organisational aptitude and proven time management skills.
- You are able to commit to a fully flexible shift pattern within the centre's opening hours.
- You are a natural communicator over the telephone.
- You have a good understanding of Microsoft Office: Outlook and Word.
