In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, deliveredby our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

Coordinate, book and work alongside creative teams for video and photoshoots

Manage client contracts, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the production team

Work with the finance team to make sure all invoices are sent out on time

Oversee project timelines, ensuring all video and photography projects are delivered on schedule

Research the latest trends and creative concepts to bring fresh ideas to our clients

Stay on top of the latest social media trends and support the Social Media Manager to maximise engagement

Communicate directly with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring they feel heard and valued

Be present on shoots to capture Behind The Scenes content and create engaging VLOG videos

Write blogs for the website including updates, industry trends, tips and advice

Use a mixture of social media platforms TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Eager to learn and ready to dive headfirst into a creative, fast-paced role

A self-starter with excellent communication skills whos comfortable working with clients

A creative thinker whos always on top of the latest trends and technology in the digital world

Organised and detail-orientated, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once

A passion for social media, video content and story telling

Essential grade 5 in Maths and grade 4 in English, You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
