We are looking for an immediately available Contract Legal Project Manager to support one of TLT's Financial Services Client. The role will be an initial 6 months contract and will be paid on a day rate basis via an Umbrella Company. This role is hybrid and can be worked from a variety of office locations in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Northampton, or Glasgow. Due to the urgency of this role we are looking to speak to individuals who are immediately available or with no more than a 1 week notice period. Your Role

• As a Legal Project Manager your day to day remit includes:
• Working directly with our client providing legal and project management support to their senior legal project lead and wider legal team
• Working closely with the clients legal functions to provide legal advise where necessary.
• Managing matters, projects and outsourcing projects to help deliver the work on time, on budget and within scope
• Applying a consistent Legal Project Manager approach to those managing the legal matters.
  
  A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) with 2+ PQE
• Experience in project managing transactions.
• Good understanding of retail banking and retail and consumer risks including understanding of cards, loans and savings products desirable.
• Understanding of business acquisitions, transitional services and commercial contracts would also be helpful.
• A creative approach to problem solving with an ability to manage critical issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong analytical and project management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret the client's business needs and translate them into business/operational requirements.
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage with stakeholders throughout the business at all levels.
• A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines.
