Are you an accomplished leader with expertise in grounds maintenance, ready to step into a pivotal Contract Director role? This opportunity offers the chance to drive strategic leadership, shape service excellence, and foster growth within an established high-profile landscaping contract with multiple sites across London. As a Contract Director, you will lead with vision, ensuring the seamless delivery of operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic management and oversight of multi-site contracts.
  • Strengthening client relationships, building long-term partnerships.
  • Leading a dynamic management team, fostering collaboration and development.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Driving financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

    Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, facilities, or services sector is preferred.
  • Strong operational and strategic expertise in contract management.
  • High-level competency in IT systems for financial reporting and presentations.
  • Ability to meet vetting standards for government contracts and access to sensitive data.
