Full Job Description
RC Fornax are looking for someone to join the recruitment department in the role of a contract recruitment consultant.
This role will be based in Bristol, working remotely until January before transitioning to a hybrid work week from the BS10 area, with a salary of up to £40-60k alongside a commission/bonus structure.
You will be required to join a small team of delivery consultants who will support you in driving both new requirement opportunities and servicing the requirements from the work package consultancy team. Coming from a 360-recruitment background, you will have a strong understanding of a variety of technical roles within the engineering sector and ideally with a defence industry focus.
Main Responsibilities
- Expanding Revenue Streams Servicing the needs of the consultancy model whilst growing a new recruitment service to complement what exists.
- Requirements Analysis Translating hiring manager needs to a specification enabling sourcing of the appropriate candidates.
- Market Research / Competitor Analysis Stay on top of your market and understand competitor offerings to ensure we remain the best option.
- Cold Calling and Contractor Qualification Getting the right people and gathering the appropriate level of information documented to facilitate rapid placements.
- Systems Administration Ensuring all systems are up to date with information, such as CRM, Jira and Confluence.
- Process Completion Ensuring all compliance requirements are met for new projects and taking ownership of the process.
- Leading and Mentoring Taking a team inexperienced within recruitment and implementing best practice to deliver results.
- Reporting into the Business Development Manager with a dotted line to the Chief of Staff.
