Full Job Description
Reports to: Festival Payments Coordinator Contract Type: Fixed term contract, expected duration, 6 months. Full-time, 40 hours with flexibility for additional hours in the evening and weekends when required Role Description We are the UK's largest festival and event promoter. The team organises festivals including Reading and Leeds, Latitude, Wilderness, TGE, Wireless, Electric Picnic, and concerts at Finsbury Park and Crystal Palace. As a Contracts and Financial Admin Assistant for Festival Republic, you will gain invaluable opportunities to build on your existing finance/administration experience as you work closely with the Promoters, Accounts Payable, Banking and Operations teams to ensure Artist contracts, payments, and Credit Cards are processed accurately and on time.,
- Purchase invoice authorisation
- Ensure timely payment of purchase invoices
- Assisting with artist payments, including contract reviews
- Credit card spend analysis and submission for FR corporate cards
- Raise sales invoices
- Credit control
- Cash book requests
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Processing accurate expenses for production and licensing colleagues

- Experience of working in a finance department would be highly advantageous
- Very strong organisational, numeracy and Excel skills
