Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Contract Manager to join our busy but supportive and friendly Contracts Team, in managing and delivering an effective contracts service for NHS North West London Integrated Care Board. You will be working full time 37.5 hours a week based at Marylebone Road, London.

The Contract Team are the subject matter experts in acute, mental health, primary and community care and other non NHS services contracts. We want to ensure contracting is central to supporting transformation, improving outcomes and helping implement strategies with patients at the heart of what we do., The postholder will be responsible for maintaining the contracts database by ensuring contract agreements and key documents are accurately recorded within it, to continue the development of the database and support to high quality and accurate recording from the database.

The postholder will also be responsible for providing support to a portfolio of contracts; developing positive relationships with colleagues within the organisation and system. The postholder will support Programme, Borough and corporate teams in the management of a range of contracts, from their procurement, development to their renewal upon expiry. The postholder will support colleagues to achieve value for money, performance (including quality) and service delivery. Highlighting and supporting the resolution of contract risk will be key to the role, as well as.

The successful candidate will be a great communicator, have adaptability, flexibility and ability to cope with uncertainty and change, as well as being proactive.

They will be able to demonstrate a strong desire to improve processes, to continue learn and make a difference by focusing on producing high quality work, being goals and outcomes orientated; and working closely with members of the contracs team, colleagues across the department, organisation and system. To be proactive in looking for solutions, contributing to their implementation and working efficiently and effectively.
