Full Job Description
- Contract administration and negotiation
- Procurement of subcontractors and materials
- Cost-value reconciliation
- Processing and agreement of monthly valuations and final accounts
- Contract performance monitoring and KPI reporting
- Ensuring safety, quality, and commercial targets are achieved, Oversee the running of multiple construction sites in London
- Lead and support site managers and commercial teams
- Coordinate with subcontractors and manage project timelines
- Manage service applications and maintain accurate trackers
- Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety systems
- Review and implement method statements and risk assessments
- Produce and deliver site and commercial progress reports
- Attend design, client, and planning meetings as required
- Support procurement alignment with project needs
- Maintain and enforce safety audits and company protocols Key Knowledge Areas
- Cost control, valuation processes, and commercial reporting
- Subcontractor procurement and payment applications
- Contract interpretation and negotiation
- Health & Safety documentation and compliance
- Tendering experience and delivery of projects up to 2m
Proven experience managing complex multi-trade projects - Background in refurbishment, fit-out, DDA, FRA, and passive fire protection works
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of contract governance
- Capable of managing multiple teams and subcontractors across several live sites, NVQ Level 5-7 in Construction or Surveying (or equivalent)
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS Black Card
- GCSE Grade 5 / C or above in Maths, English, and IT
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership abilities
