Working within the service provides great opportunities to learn new skills and develop.The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective maintenance of the Open Revenues application to ensure the efficient running of the service.About youThe successful candidate will:Experience of Microsoft Office/ Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel/Outlook and Teams5 GCSE's Grade A

• -C or 9-4 including Math's and English., Relevant experience working in a Revenues or Benefits team knowledge of the Civica Open Revenues system or equivalentExperience of identifying and resolving IT issuesAdapting to competing demands
