Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with their well-established client who are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, to join their busy and highly regarded conveyancing team.

You must have a range of experience advising clients on the following:

• Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)
• Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)
• Re-mortgaging
• Transfers of equity
• Equity release
• Right to buy
• Lease extensions

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent technical residential conveyancing skills
