Main Duties and Responsibilities

To support the day-to-day operation of the Meals on Wheels service alongside the Café
To cook and prepare food whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
To be aware of and follow all legislation, dietary requirements, and allergies
To follow systems and procedures that ensure consistent high standards
To support stock rotation and minimise food wastage
To inform the Catering Manager when supplies are running low
To maintain timely cafe opening and closing routines
To be trustworthy and fully competent in the handling of cash
To assist in ensuring the environment is always hygienic and cleaned to HSE and FSA standards
To be confident balancing customer service with kitchen operations
To be an effective role model within the kitchen/café
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.61 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
