As a Corporate Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Corporate Sales Department by ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to vehicle orders, processing and coordinating vehicle deliveries, and assisting in various aspects of the sales process. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and clients will be key to ensuring a seamless experience for our corporate customers. Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

• To provide high quality customer service to all corporate and business customers.
• To comply with and maintain Company policy, standards and procedures relating to quality and customer care within the department, dealership and brand.
• To assist with corporate sales team in achieving 100% customer satisfaction.
• To effectively deal with all corporate customer enquiries
• To manage the daily operation of our corporate customers purchasing systems in line with their service level agreements
• To carry out vehicle quoting, vehicle ordering on both customer purchasing systems and manufacturer systems
• To carry out vehicle specification checks with corporate customers and to provide accurate updates on vehicle progression and anticipated lead times
• To arrange onward deliveries with both customers and lease companies
• To effectively deal with pricing queries with both Leasing Companies and manufacture and ensure accurate pricing
• To accurately maintain digital records
• To provide support to the team during colleague absences
• To carry out any other duties as requested by management.
