Summary
Council Information Centre Advisor
Starting salary between £23658 and £27279 per annum
Based at King's Court Council Office, Kings Lynn
If you are passionate about delivering great customer service with excellent communication skills, we have a great opportunity for you to join our busy customer services team. We handle a wide range of enquiries and pride ourselves on the ability to resolve the majority of these at the first point of contact. You will respond to enquiries received mainly over the telephone, but also via chat and email.
You will be a confident team player with experience of taking responsibility for issues and seeing them through to conclusion. You must also be able to communicate at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate, spoken English. You must be able to handle high volumes of telephone calls professionally and courteously, even when under pressure. You will need to use a variety of computer software systems to respond to enquiries and be competent in Microsoft Office.
