Full Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a Cover Manager at Forest School, that will be responsible for co-ordinating cover requirements for Senior School teaching staff. Forest School is a busy, vibrant school with a large staff body who deliver a diverse and high-quality provision. The Cover Manager will ensure the continued quality of this provision when staff absences occur, by arranging and strategically managing cover for Senior School teaching staff. This role would suit someone who enjoys working both as part of a team and alongside the wider Senior School teaching staff body. The Cover Manager will need to have strong administrative skills, the ability to manage and prioritise tasks, and plan effectively. You must have proven communication skills and be able handle logistical problems resourcefully. You will use and develop these skills further within the wider HR team. This role sits within the HR department; therefore, any other reasonable duties required by the HR department will be part of the responsibilities of this position. Why work at Forest?
