Cover Supervisor Required as soon as possible Full time (30 hours per week - Term time only) Full time equivalent salary range: £31,586 - £36,124 per annum Actual salary range: £21,415 - £24,492 per annum Additional paid duties for break time supervision are also available This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful team of Cover Supervisors who are critical in supporting the behaviour and learning of our students. The cover supervisor's main role is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set. We are looking for someone who has succeeded in a similar role who can provide daily cover for the short-term absence of teachers offer in-class support to individuals or groups of children in the classroom under the supervision of the classroom teacher. You will need to be able to work with identified children individually outside of the classroom as appropriate and have the ability to maintain records on student progress and input relevant information into computer records. You will have good levels of initiative in order to perform the varied duties and have the knowledge and skills to support our students with their variety of needs to ensure they thrive at Light Hall and beyond. You will be joining us at a very exciting time. Our sixth form has recently opened. This brings with it numerous opportunities for continued development.
