We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cover Supervisor to support student learning across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4 levels. In this Temp to Perm role, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons provided by the school, ensuring students remain engaged, and creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.   To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:
• Experience: Experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with students at a secondary school level, with a strong understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
• Training: A Certificate in Behaviour Management or equivalent. Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.

• Experienced Cover Supervisor: Extensive experience in a Cover Supervisor role within a secondary school setting, with a proven track record of successfully managing students and supporting their learning.
