Hodge Hill College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our school as a Cover Supervisor. The successful candidate will be part of our committed team, providing support to teachers by supervising classes in the absence of regular staff. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that lessons run smoothly, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students in their academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classes when the regular teacher is absent.
- Ensure that students remain on task, following the provided lesson plans and instructions.
- Support students' learning by offering guidance and assistance during lessons.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's expectations and policies.
- Provide feedback to teachers and staff regarding student progress and behaviour.
- Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities. What We Are Looking For:
