Crisis Recovery Worker

Support and Assessment: Provide emotional support, advice, and guidance through face-to-face, telephone, and video interactions. Assess situations to determine the risk level and needs of individuals in crisis, making critical decisions under pressure. Service Delivery: Maintain accurate and confidential records of interactions and ensure the service meets quality standards and performance targets., We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in crisis, helping to assess their needs, provide emotional guidance, and promote mental health and wellbeing. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with clients experiencing mental health challenges, contributing to a supportive team, and working in partnership with local agencies and external networks.
