We are looking for a Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team and provide this life-saving support for people in our communities. We have a permanent opportunity in our Maidstone Safe Haven, which is 5 hours a day from 6pm - 11pm, 365 days a year service to support people in crisis., You will have experience of working with Mental Health and will be able to inspire and engage people. You will have the ability to identify barriers and understand client needs, while possessing excellent motivational skills. This will include one to one engagement and facilitating group-based activities, sign posting and engaging people in mainstream provision.
