Full Job Description

You will work within a dynamic team, using data-driven insights to optimise website performance and conversion rates across various digital channels. Familiarity with project management methodologies is key, as is a keen eye for user-centred design. We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented CRO/UX Specialist who is passionate about creating outstanding user experiences. You can be based in our office in Manchester, or work remotely and come into the office at least twice a month to meet with the entire team and wider business. This will include travel on occasion to Lichfield where our main office is located.,

  • Lead and implement CRO strategies using ClickThroughs Data-led Design approach for a diverse range of clients
  • Engaging with clients on their strategy, delivery of work and helping drive their growth through strong communication and presentation skills
  • Conduct user testing and analytics to identify opportunities for optimising user journeys.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data-backed design solutions that drive growth.
  • Manage projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive exceptional service, this is a fast paced deadline driven environment, As a CRO/UX Specialist, you will use a range of tools to optimise user experience and conversion rates. Some of the key tools include:
  • Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and user behaviour tracking.
  • VWO or other A/B testing software for designing and running experiments to validate design changes.
  • ClickThrough's DLD Cloud and JourneyCraft for analytics, data-led design insights, and identifying conversion barriers?
  • Google Analytics and other analytics platforms for monitoring performance and user journeys?
  • These tools are integral to driving conversion optimisations and enhancing digital performance.

  • Expertise in CRO and UX principles, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong organisational skills and experience in project management.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
