Full Job Description

The Crop Applications Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting customers by processing fertiliser recommendations, creating variable rate GPS spreading files, and providing technical guidance to optimise crop production and environmental performance.,

  • Gather key information from customers for fertiliser recommendations
  • Process precise fertiliser recommendations using bespoke software
  • Create variable rate GPS fertiliser spreading files
  • Respond to customer and sales team enquiries promptly
  • Troubleshoot issues with GPS fertiliser spreading files
  • Maintain customer database and CRM system accurately

    Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of fertiliser use in arable farming (desirable)
  • FACTS qualification (training can be provided)
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and flexible approach to work, Do you have a valid UK driving licence? required
