Promote anti-discriminatory and inclusive practice in everything you do.
Contribute to service development, performance management, and quality assurance processes.
Work collaboratively with internal and external partners, championing the needs of children and young people.

Proven ability to manage, supervise and develop staff or students.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children Acts 1989 and 2004.
Skilled in managing complex workloads under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Confident in chairing meetings, managing risk, and making autonomous decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in using IT systems for case and performance management.
Experience of working within anti-discriminatory and equal opportunities frameworks.
