Full Job Description

The Culture and Behavioural Risk Audit Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi's risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth subject matter expertise to ensure that the firm meets audit standards and regulations and to work with business leaders to determine solutions for emerging issues. What you'll do

  • Consistently develop, execute and deliver audit reports in a timely manner, in accordance with Internal Audit and Regulatory standards; Apply in-depth understanding of Internal Audit standards, policies and regulations to a specific product or function area
  • Replace Reviewing and analysing internal Behavioural Risk Insights - completing sentiments analysis, completing interviews, identifying patterns and trends, compiling survey results with" Review and analyse behavioural sentiment from surveys and interviews to identify behavioural risk patters and trends
  • Review and approve the Business Monitoring Quarterly summary and serve as lead reviewer for all reviews
  • Collaborate with teams across the business and determine impact on overall control environment and audit approach
  • Manage audit activities for a component of a product line, function, or legal entity at the regional or country level
  • Advise the business on change initiatives, while advancing integrated auditing concepts and technology adoption
  • Recommend interventions to issues, propose solutions for risk and control problems, partner with Directors and Managing Directors to develop approaches for broader corporate issues
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

    Internal Audit experience with experience in (or a genuine interest) in Culture and Behavioural insights. The role could also suit somebody that has a background in Behavioural Science who is looking to move into an Internal Audit position
  • Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred
  • Effective comprehension of business side of audit function and subject matter expertise regarding technology application
  • Effective verbal, written and negotiation skills
  • Effective project management skills
  • Effective influencing and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
