The Curriculum and Standards Manager (CSM) for Business will lead a team of staff to deliver high quality teaching, learning, and assessment in a range of vocational Business and Management qualifications, apprenticeships, and adult courses. Under the direction of the Assistant Director for Business and Professional, the CSM will be a member of the College Leadership Team, will manage a diverse team and will be responsible for the delivery of all Business and Management courses. You will have significant experience in Business and/or Management, and will be able to bring industry experience into the curriculum area. You will also possess strong leadership skills that will make a difference for the benefit of staff and students. You will have experience of planning and delivering teaching or training, preferably in the subject area, and have experience of managing a team/department.
