Customer Assistant - Takeaway Front of House

As a Customer Service Assistant in our award winning takeaways, you will be responsible for providing great customer service to all our customers whilst serving them and fulfilling their orders and help to ensure the smooth running of our sites. About the role In your role as Customer Service Assistant, your day to day will be serving our customers, ensuring they are acknowledged and welcomed at all times, and dealing with customers effectively, efficiently and in a polite and professional manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring all areas that you are working in are clean and tidy and ensuring all pots are washed and put away.

You are looking for regular part time work which can fit around you and your commitments You're great with people and have great communication skills You're always keen to learn new techniques You are a genuine, cheerful and driven person who can wow' our customers whilst having fun along the way Experience working in a catering, hospitality or pub / bar setting is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
