Full Job Description

  • Order Processing: Handling price inquiries, orders, change orders, coordinating timely deliveries, monitoring open orders via Sales Force and SAP and invoicing via SAP R/3
  • Customer Contact: Receiving and processing incoming customer calls and emails in German and English
  • Close Coordination: Working closely with production, sales, and product management to optimize sales targets
  • KPI: maximize order to sales, minimize goods in transit
  • Complaint Handling: Processing complaints in collaboration with the credit department
  • Master Data Maintenance: Maintaining the SAP R/3 system data
    • The essential requirements of the job include

  • Successfully completed commercial training with at least 1 year of professional experience in customer service, preferably in multinational company
  • Self-reliant, focused, results-driven, flexible
  • Fluent English skills, strong German skills desirable
  • Good PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel, SAP R/3 module SD)
