Full Job Description
- Support and develop Customer Journey Specialists (CJS) across your region
- Ensure consistency in service, aligning every experience with the 'Halo Way'
- Provide training to maintain high standards in communication and efficiency
- Audit customer interactions to uphold best practices and compliance
- Manage resources and staffing to ensure sites are always covered
- Step in when needed, covering CJS absences to maintain continuity
- Encourage innovation, identifying ways to improve the customer journey
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and extremely organised with a keen eye for detail. - Good I.T skill using a range of software packages
