What You'll Be Doing:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding renewals and upgrades.
Provide solutions and retain customers by offering the best products/services.
Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
Target-driven approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
