Full Job Description
- Handle and resolve corporate and site customer inquiries via calls and emails, aiming for first-time resolution when possible.
- Log unresolved queries and first-time resolutions in the relevant systems and ensure they are reviewed and managed within SLA timelines, following best practice for each query and activity type.
- Exhibit problem-solving skills and a "can do" attitude to effectively address customer needs, ensuring full resolution and satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with customers, assess their needs, and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers to improve service outcomes.
- Continuously develop expertise in the Energy Industry, contribute to process improvements, and work toward becoming a Customer Service Specialist.
- Challenge internal and external stakeholders to achieve best possible outcomes to customer queries.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the service delivery to customers, managing all telephone and email enquiries, using excellent communication and problem-solving skills, resolving customer queries efficiently and providing a first-class customer service experience., Proven experience of providing excellent customer service and first-time resolutions - Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Good IT skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience of team working and developing strong working relationships
- Ability to prioritise work to deliver against multiple activities
- Experience in meeting and exceeding KPI's
