Open from 8 - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9 - 2pm Saturday, our dedicated advisors provide telephone, email and web support to our patients and pride themselves on delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.

Customer Service Advisor
Based at our Woodthorpe site in Nottingham with hybrid working opportunities available following successful completion of probation period.
Starting salary of £24,200 (full time salary) + the below benefits:
