As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and inspiring environment where employees feel valued and empowered every day., As a Customer Service Advisor, your focus will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Other responsibilities will include being responsible for the reception area, supporting with the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and assisting the Home Administrator as required. To be successful in this role, you must have effective interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite, and demonstrate a positive attitude to all residents and visitors. Ideally, you should have previous experience in a customer service role for a minimum of two years.
