Full Job Description

Apprenticeship at Fixmer as a customer service and sales advisor. As a sales customer service advisor, you will deliver outstanding customer service by handling and resolving customer enquiries and complaints and processing sales. Upon satisfactory completion of apprenticeship the apprentice may be offered a permanent role.

Course Information

Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)

Level: 2

Route: Sales, marketing and procurement

Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate



Working Arrangements

Working Week: 41.5 Hours or less as defined by UK age limit laws. Monday - Thursday, 7.00am - 4.00pm and Friday, 7.00am - 3.00pm.

Expected Duration: 12 Months

Number of Positions Available: 2
