Right Now Group are looking for a Customer Service Export Agent to work with our client, they are a leading company in the logistics and freight handling sector. We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Agent. \n As a Customer Service Export Agent, you will be the frontline representative, interacting with clients to address queries, resolve issues and ensure a seamless experience in freight operations. This role requires a proactive and detail oriented individual who can navigate the challenges of the logistics industry while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. \n Responsibilities of a Customer Service Export Agent: \n \n
- Handling Customer in-queries / bookings for both Export and Import shipments via Telephone and Email.\n
- Checking with Airlines and Handling Sheds that shipments have departed as planned.\n
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with existing and potential customers.\n
- receiving and responding to quotes enquiries over telephone and email.\n
- Assisting Export Agent colleagues and Management as and when required.\n
Knowledge of either Exports and/or Imports within Air Cargo ideally but the client are also looking at training candidates from scratch. \n - Good communication skills via Telephone & Email.\n
- Must be proactive and have the ability to think outside the box.\n
- Excellent time management skills to ensure daily tasks are completed.\n
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.\n
- Full 5 year checkable work history and a clear DBS.\n
