What you'll do: We currently have a rare opportunity for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our small team .This is a low volume/ high quality role , focusing on managing all business interactions with selected Key/Strategic customers. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Managing all aspects of the customer relationship including daily interactions. Customer visits, complaint resolution, etc.
- Preparing proposals/quotations
- Co-ordinating joint improvement projects and develop new business opportunities
- Maintaining knowledge and training others to navigate and manage customer websites
- Utilizing the customer complaint process for all significant customer concerns and follow up for resolution
- Liaising with planning/supply chain teams to ensure optimum use of material/capacity resources
- Capturing all customer performance metrics, optimizing customer perception, and developing a support plan to meet expectations
- Project management
- Managing customer plant visit
Previous experience working in a customer facing role - Experience working in engineering environment especially highly regulated sectors such as aerospace would be a plus but is not required Skills:

- Computer literate
