Full Job Description
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your day-to-day will involve answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring each customer has a positive experience. - Customer Support: You'll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, offering accurate information and helping with any questions or concerns.

- Issue Resolution: Handling customer complaints and sorting out any issues in a timely, professional manner. You'll also know when to escalate more complex problems to the right department.

- Customer Relationship Management: Building positive relationships with customers, ensuring they're happy with the service and addressing any ongoing concerns.
- Admin Support: Managing data entry, filing, and keeping customer records accurate and up-to-date.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience and sharing best practices.
