We are looking for a passionate and organised Customer Services & Membership Officer to join our team and help drive the growth of our charity.

The Role

·       Manage and develop our growing membership system.

·       Engage with members, ensuring excellent communication and support.

·       Inspire and recruit new members to expand our supporter network.

·       Work within a small, dedicated team making a real impact on conservation.

·       Passionate about conservation and wildlife.

·       A great communicator who can engage and inspire members.
