• Oversee national customs operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Support new business onboarding, including responding to RFQs.
• Facilitate system integrations to streamline customs processes.
• Represent customs operations in customer meetings and tailor solutions to client needs.

  Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Certified Customs Broker in a specific market (preferred).
• Proven experience in customs operations management with a focus on compliance.
• Proficiency in Cargowise or similar customs management software.
• Expertise in process optimization, automation, and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with stakeholder management expertise.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
