Full Job Description

Working to deliver the best quality service, you'll be responsible for leading a team supporting the day-to-day activity of damp and mould projects in accordance with MSPS best practise and governance standards. You'll drive excellent service standards, influencing profitability and basic budget management, Health, Safety and Environmental management and compliance, whilst ensuring ensure exceptional customer relationships are maintained.

Candidates will have previous experience in a leadership role and a trade background (i.e., plumbing, multi skilled etc) with good knowledge of damp and mould, ideally within a social housing environment. Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 4, the successful candidate will have great organisational skills in addition to excellent communication skills with the aptitude to communicate at all levels.
