We have a fantastic opportunity for a professional and friendly Data Administrator to join our team at Unity Schools Partnership. This a diverse and fast paced role which provides a critical support for the Data Manager and our schools.

• Be proficient in using Microsoft Excel, including some knowledge of Excel formulas and functions.
• Possess good analytical, communication and IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office.
• Prepare reports on attendance, including statistical analysis biweekly, termly, annually, and ad hoc as required for the Trust Board and school.
• Have a positive attitude, an eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Be able to prioritise workload using own initiative.
• Be flexible in the role.
• Be able to work as part of a team and provide administration support to other colleagues within the Trust.
• Understand GDPR compliance and able to maintain confidentiality.
